Products

We sell two kinds of products: Gold Coins, a virtual currency for GoldRush Arena delivered digitally, and physical player gear (supplements and accessories) delivered by post.

Gold Coins

Gold Coins are licensed for personal, non-commercial use in GoldRush Arena. They are a virtual currency with no monetary value: they cannot be redeemed, exchanged or transferred for cash or prizes. When you buy coins, we credit them to the player account tied to the email you provided at checkout. Coins do not expire.

Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We accept Google Pay and major credit and debit cards. Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when payment succeeds and delivery begins. Checkout and payment processing are provided by Soap Payments on our behalf.

Delivery

Gold Coins are credited within a minute of payment. Physical goods ship in 2-5 business days from our US fulfillment partner.

Refunds

Refunds follow our refund policy: unused coins within 14 days, unopened physical goods within 30 days of delivery.
