Refund policy

Gold Coins (digital goods)

Unused Gold Coins can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Coins already spent in GoldRush Arena (tournament entries, power-ups, cosmetics) cannot be refunded. Email founders@paywithsoap.com with your order email and we will refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Physical goods

Unopened supplements and gear can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email founders@paywithsoap.com first and we will send you a prepaid return label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse.

Problem with an order?

If coins did not arrive within an hour, or gear arrived damaged, contact founders@paywithsoap.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.
